Payments

All unit order payments are accepted via cash or PayPal. The remaining payment for install services are accepted via cash or original deposit route. You will not be permitted to leave after servicing to obtain remaining amount due.

Return/Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene and safety laws, our company does not offer refunds/return on any product available for purchase - no exceptions. Exchanges are granted within 14 days of initial purchase of bundle purchase only. Customer is responsible for covering shipment costs of sending items back to company. Due to each custom fit, the option of exchange is not made available for any lace purchase. To apply for return/exchange, please contact us at orders@nnestyledyou.com to submit a request - please be sure to include proof of purchase in this sumbission

Prior to Booking 

Before booking any service, please note that I will not work over another stylist's work. This includes lace that has been previously cut by another stylist. Please do not book any other service other than styling if currently wearing an install done by another stylist. I will not do a maintenance over work I did not do. ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE TO BE BOOKED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. Please arrive at scheduled appointment time. Early arrival will require a wait. Natural hair must be at least 3-4 in length when requesting any sew-in service. Extensions are to be purchased by Nne via Paypal invoice a week prior to servicing. Will not install chopped bundles. Hair is to be presented either new or in fair condition - including being cleaned, dried, and ready for installation.

Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable. Please ensure you are able to arrive on the desired date of appointment before booking. Deposits are able to be transferred to rescheduled appointment within two weeks of initial scheduling. Deposit transfers are allowed one time only. Remaining service fee is accepted in cash/able to be paid online through initial booking site.

Late fee
Client is to arrive at scheduled appointment time unless instructed otherwise. Failure to arrive on time will result in assessed fees and/or cancellation. A Fifteen minute grace-period is giving after scheduled appointment. Arrival after 15 minute grace-period will result in $2 late fee. Arrival 30 minutes after scheduled appointment will result in $35 late fee. Arrival more than 30 minutes after scheduled appointment will result in forfeited appointment slot, as well as deposit.

No-Call No-Show
No-Call/No-Show and the Failure to arrive on scheduled date/time of appointment without 24 hour notification will result in forfeited appointment deposit. Client will be charged for full service.


Cancellation

Cancellation of appointment less than 24 hour mark leading to scheduled appointment date/time will result in forfeited appointment deposit. Client will be charged 50% of service fee. No exceptions.

Guests
No extra guests please! This helps maintain client-stylist relationship. Children under the age of 1 are allowed (seating is limited - fragile items are present. I would not want to run the risk of your child injuring themselves.)
